Congratulations to Jude Allan from Haslingden, who recently ranked first in the Four Nations Open Championship, the premier British kickboxing tournament organised by the Amateur Federation of Sovereign Nations (AFSO).

Jude is aiming to share her skills too as she aspires to become a coach after completing her Foundation Degree in Sports Coaching at East Lancashire UC.
