Each year, learners also take part in Employability Week at ELUC. This is a week designated to broaden your understanding of the career paths available to you and the skills employers value most. Through workshops, employer talks, sector insights and hands on activities, you’ll gain a clearer picture of the opportunities ahead and what it takes to succeed in today’s job market. It’s an inspiring week that helps you build confidence, develop essential employability skills and make informed choices about your future.

We also host dedicated adult and HE advice and guidance events throughout the year. these events give you the chance to explore your options, speak to specialists and get personalised support. If you’re ready to take the next step, register for an upcoming event and start shaping your future.
