At East Lancashire UC, we believe that every learner’s voice matters. Your feedback shapes the way we teach, support and grow as a community. Whether you’re celebrating what’s working well, suggesting improvements, or raising concerns, we’re here to listen and act.

How Can You Share Your Voice?

We’ve made it simple for you to share your thoughts:

Speak to us directly

Have a chat with your tutor or any member of our team. They’ll either address your concerns on the spot or connect you with someone who can.

Feedback forms

If you need to make a complaint, you can get a complaints form from reception or from your tutor.

When We’ll Ask for Your Input

We actively seek your feedback throughout your learning journey:

Class visits and observations: Occasionally, our team may sit in on sessions to see how things are going. If they ask for your thoughts, let us know!

Course evaluations: At the end of your course, you’ll be invited to complete a short evaluation. Your honest feedback helps us shape future courses.

Follow-up surveys: We may reach out by email, phone, or post to hear more about your experience. Participation is entirely up to you, but your insights are invaluable.

National Student Survey (NSS)

Your voice also contributes to the bigger picture. Through the National Student Survey (NSS), you can share your experience on a national level. The NSS results provide valuable insights into what it’s really like to study here, helping us, and the wider education community, understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve.
